HR Connect:

Dealing with positive mental health workplace strategies

We recognise that HR departments are currently facing many business challenges and we have therefore arranged a series of online lunchtime roundtable events which will cover a range of topical issues relevant to the HR community.

This session will consider strategies that employers can use to encourage positive mental health to improve employee wellbeing and productivity. Research indicates that staff are struggling to manage increasing workloads, working from home (or adapting to hybrid working practices) and increased working hours. This session will explore how promoting a healthy work-life balance is more important than ever as we emerge from the pandemic.

Register for this session: Wednesday 10 November 2021, 12pm
