Goodbye paper, hello everything

We deliver Secretarial Services to our Trustees using the latest in trusted technology. This enables us to run our meetings on time with pin point accuracy. This means less time shuffling papers and more time decision making.

We use eShare, a technology that enables us to deliver all of our services electronically, through a secure iPad app. Everything you require is exactly where you need it. eShare will support you, whether you’re sending electronic meeting papers, storing documents, managing projects or  deciding  Trustee discretions.

Meeting & post meeting

Organisation, professionally executed

The success of our service lies also in what we do between meetings. We will maintain and manage budgets, business plans, risk logs and training records throughout the year. We’ll also work with  your service providers  between meetings, ensuring that actions are completed, make sure any output is both fit for purpose and circulated in good time. We can also help you with managing your annual fee budgets.

Our unique position in the market allows us to have an excellent working relationship with all third party providers. In fact, many see our appointment as a benefit – rather than a threat.
