I’ve been in the industry for 15 years, starting out at WTW (then Watson Wyatt) from 2003 to 2006 as a trainee administrator. I then spent 2 years at Xafinity from 2006 to 2008 as an administrator and joined Premier in August of 2008.
I was promoted to Team Leader in 2011 and then to Implementation Manager in 2016. My strong administration background has enhanced the implementation process to focus more heavily on the end user.
I get involved a lot in the Charity events at Premier and one of the event organisers for the last couple of years. In 2017 we organised the national three peaks for 20 staff and a trip up mount Snowdon for a further 30. In 2018 we hope to do more of the same.
Outside of work I run marathons, play football and am regularly at the climbing wall.
