What to expect

When we receive applications they’re passed on to the relevant recruitment manager who will review and evaluate. If we’re interested in progressing your application further, we’ll call and invite you along to our offices for an interview.

If your application is unsuccessful, you can be sure that we’ll contact you to let you know.


The interview

We operate a two-stage interview process for most positions at Premier. The first interview will involve a discussion of your application in detail, your suitability for the role and a thorough overview of the job. This will also give you the chance to ask questions and learn more about the culture at Premier.

If successful, you’ll be invited to a second interview where you’ll meet another manager or member of the team. You’re likely to be asked a few more questions, and dependant on the role you may be expected to provide a presentation or complete a prearranged test.


At Premier, we work hard to ensure all our employees join us with as much knowledge and understanding as possible. That’s why we’re developing a new way to introduce employees to our company once they’ve accepted.

Our new on-boarding portal will welcome new employees to Premier through the best experience possible. Once you accept our offer in writing, you will begin to gain the knowledge you need about Premier via our online portal. You’ll be immersed into our culture, policies, brand and products to ensure you’re integrated into the company right from the offset.


Starting a new job can daunting, so that’s why we try and make the transition as smooth as possible. We do this by providing first class support, from on-boarding before your first day to a tailored induction with your manager and Head of HR. You’ll be shown around the company on your first day, and welcomed by the Directors so you get the whole picture and meet each department.

We also run ‘bite-sized’ departmental introductions across the year so you’ll build up a deeper understanding of all areas of our business.
