You may have heard that we like to set ourselves a challenge at Premier so welcome to our latest initiative – this challenge is unlike anything we’ve done before.
We are acutely aware of the impact that a further lockdown and the approaching winter can have on our wellbeing so this challenge is all about improving the wellbeing for ourselves, our friends, family, colleagues and our local community. We are supporting two brilliant charities that are working hard to help those struggling and doing our best to raise awareness of their work and some funds to help them with this.
30 minutes a day can make all the difference, so we’re asking our colleagues to log their wellbeing activity every week in a bid to raise awareness of the importance of wellbeing and good mental health.

A national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide. Suicide is the biggest killer of young people – male and female – under 35 in the UK. Every year many thousands more attempt or contemplate suicide, harm themselves or suffer alone, afraid to speak openly about how they are feeling. Their vision is for a society which speaks openly about suicide and has the resources to help young people who may have suicidal thoughts.
