•We are keeping abreast and following the advice from Public Health England at the Board level.
• We have communicated best practice to our employees and will continue to send out updates, as required.
• Our Crisis Management team has reviewed our Disaster Recovery contingency plan in case of an outbreak of the coronavirus within the business or a general lockdown of one of our offices.
• All Employer Service and Risk & Healthcare staff have laptops and are able to work remotely. They have been asked to take laptops home each evening.
• We have access to teleconference and meeting services including Skype and Webex, so meetings can be held remotely as required.
