Premier are incredibly excited to support the Cavell Nurses Trust for another year.
We have been working hard to support the charity and are pleased to announce that Premier will be undertaking the Welsh Three Peaks challenge for the charity this year. Other Premier staff, some of whom have never climbed a mountain before, will be taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon
Taking place on 4th May the Three Peaks team will be up early, and starting the first climb at around 5 am. Followed by two other peaks during the day (three of the highest peaks Wales). We’re aiming to complete the challenge in around 16 hours start to finish and the team has been in training already for this event.
On 5th May, some of the team will be climbing Mount Snowdon. Anyone who has been before will know the weather is a massive factor in the difficulty of the ascent/descent, and Snowdon is not forgiving in this.
Our affiliation with the charity has created a culture of giving and fundraising within Premier, and we’re really proud of our achievements and fundraising so far. But as with all charities, funds are always needed and this is why we do what we do.
This is all being done for the wonderful charity that is the Cavell Nurses’ Trust who have been helping out nurses in times of need for over 100 years. We have been lucky enough to meet some of the nurses’ who have been supported by Cavell Nurses’ Trust. Have a look at all the great work they do here.
