2013 European Pension Awards
Our position is unique in the market. We have first-hand knowledge of many of the main service providers in the industry, including insurance companies and third party administrators. And, in our role as Outsourced Pensions Manager or Scheme Secretary, we also use these services. What’s more, as a leading provider of administration and actuarial services, we know what it takes to be good.
If we are not able to offer a specific service ourselves, we will combine our ‘gamekeeper turned poacher’ knowledge to help our clients select new administrators, auditors, actuaries, investment consultants, lawyers or communication specialists.
For Group Personal Pensions or Stakeholder Pensions, our extensive knowledge of providers enables us to secure the best possible proposition to meet your business needs and those of your employees.
Two key beliefs underpin our approach to provider selection. First, it is vital to know what is wrong with the current relationship before changing. Moving a problem will not necessarily solve it.
Secondly, there is no one-solution in the market – clients have different needs. It is only by fully understanding our client that we can make sure that the service provider is the right one for them.
We want any new relationships to be long-lasting and mutually beneficial. If our clients keep their new provider for the long term, we consider the project to be a success.
