Office and Administration Support

General description of the role

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to the
Consultants in our Bristol Office and to oversee the overall running of the Office itself.

Our chosen candidate should have the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative support role is essential
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook essential)
  • Interpersonal – cross team working and communicating with third parties/clients/suppliers
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, good at managing task responsibilities
  • Highly organised, methodical and disciplined
  • Good organisational, time management skills and effective workload management
  • Ability to prioritise and deal with pressure from different teams
  • Good understanding of compliance processes and issues
  • Previous experience of the financial services industry (preferable)

Pension Fund Accountant

General description of the role:

Supporting the Pension Fund Accounting team and reporting to the Treasury and Accounts Manager in the production of scheme year-end accounts, providing a reliable, high standard of
pension fund accounting services to a portfolio of defined benefit, defined contribution and hybrid pension schemes with intricate scheme and investment structures.

Main duties of the job

  • 1. Preparation of accounts to trial balance/draft stage, through audit and to final accounts sign-off - in accordance with the latest SORP guidelines, and using CaseWare accounts production software.
  • 2. Liaise with and maintain effective professional relationships with third parties including consultants, actuaries, investment managers and auditors to meet agreed service standards and timetable target dates.
  • 3. Remain up to date and compliant with Premier’s organisational procedures.
  • 4. Reconciliation of investment information received from investment managers, investment custodians.
  • 5. Analyse and post cash book, bank account, pension payroll and other financial information.
  • 6. Agree and process journals and amendments resulting from the audit process and in liaison with trustees and consultants.
  • 7. Maintain a culture which reflects Premier’s values, and puts the member at the heart of all activities.
  • 8. Attendance of Trustee or client meetings.
  • 9. Attending internal and external meetings to provide technical support and guidance on related client administration issues.
  • 10. Keeping up to date with technical and scheme changes.
  • 11. Supporting the Treasury and Accounts Manager.

Content Marketing Executive

General description of the role:


The Content Marketing Executive will sit within the marketing team in Croydon. You will be working across all business lines including wealth management, pension administration, pension consulting and health & risk.

This is a central role to the Marketing team and will be cover a wide range of marketing disciplines. You’ll be able to write brilliant content, mainly for web or digital communications but will also be able to pull together presentations and other communications if required.


You need to have strong copywriting skills and a good understanding of how to execute online strategies across web, email and social media. This is a hands-on role in a small team so the ability to prioritise and work without direction is essential.


You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial services sector. You’ll also need to be a brilliant writer, communicator and have a good understanding of how to engage B2B audiences.

If you have some of the above as well as a positive attitude and a willingness to learn then this role could be for you.
